Approach to Helping Clients
Each matter receives Mr. Steinglass' close personal attention. His goal is a cost-effective as well as a highly satisfactory result. He usually starts with a thorough analysis of the facts, the law and the practicalities. Where business, tax, personal or family considerations are involved, he makes every effort to integrate these vital elements into the solution to the problem.
After an up-front analysis of alternative approaches, Mr. Steinglass reviews the options with the client. In a contested matter, he often recommends early and persistent efforts at settlement in order to avoid delay and expense. In negotiations and in court, he marshals the strengths of the client's position and is prepared to deal with what may appear to be weaknesses.
Mr. Steinglass works closely with other professionals, such as accountant's and mental health experts, where their input would be helpful. Mr. Steinglass may suggest consulting a lawyer who concentrates on a particular area, such as tax counsel. Or, Mr. Steinglass may help the client obtain other counsel to handle the matter.Mr. Steinglass works hard to help every client achieve his or her objective. His ultimate satisfaction comes from hearing the client say, "I appreciate the care and effort you put into dealing with my problem." | ||
